For Suite Villa Ljubica in Zaton near Zadar we designed a website that shows what makes the villa special, with four individual units, personal hosts and an offer that works in every season.
Ljubica and Dragan's villa is not a typical summer rental. A heated pool with a swim jet, a sauna, fireplaces and underfloor heating make it a destination in winter too. That is exactly what the website needed to convey, so it feels premium, calm and inviting, with large images, a video right at the start and plenty of room for atmosphere.
The site takes guests through everything they want to know before booking, from the four units and their amenities to breakfast, the surroundings in Dalmatia and the people behind the villa. Common questions about check in, parking or pets are answered right away, and the 9.9 rating on Booking.com builds additional trust.
Booking requests reach the hosts directly, without going through booking portals. A click on “Book now” opens a prepared email in which guests only add their dates, number of guests, unit and whether they need an airport transfer. The website works equally well on phones, tablets and computers and is optimised for search engines.
