Web design

A good website shows in a few seconds what you offer and makes it easy to get in touch. We build landing pages, company websites and online shops that work on every device, load fast and get found on Google.

Analysis & concept

Before we design anything, we work out who the website should reach, what your competitors are doing and what it needs to achieve, whether that means more enquiries, fewer questions on the phone or new staff. That defines the structure of the site.

Design & development

We design the site to suit your business and build it to a high technical standard. It works equally well on phones, tablets and computers. Depending on the project we work with Webflow, WordPress or our own code.

E-commerce & online shops

For products with clear prices we build online shops with simple navigation and common payment methods. We connect the shop to your inventory system so that stock, invoices and shipping are not entered twice.

SEO, AI visibility & performance

A website only helps if people find it. We focus on fast loading times, clean code and content that matches what your customers search for, especially in your region. More and more people also search with AI, for example ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI answers. We prepare content and structured data so that these services find your business and describe it correctly.

Business automation

In many businesses the customers live in Excel, the invoices in a second program and the stock levels on paper. We bring these processes together with Odoo and other systems. The result is fewer errors, no double entry and more time for your actual work.

Odoo implementation

Odoo combines accounting, inventory, sales, HR and much more in one system. We set it up to match your processes, migrate your data and train your team. You start with the modules you need today and extend later.

CRM systems & customer management

We set up a CRM in which enquiries, quotes and customer contacts are in one place. Reminders run automatically, so no enquiry falls through the cracks.

Process automation

We look at which tasks come up regularly in your business and automate those where it pays off, such as invoices, payment reminders, appointment reminders or reports. Where it makes sense we also use AI, for example to read receipts or sort standard enquiries. This often adds up to several hours a week.

Data migration & integration

When you move to a new system, we migrate your existing data and check it for completeness. We connect your other programs so that everything works together from day one.

Software & app development

When no existing solution fits your process, we build software that does exactly what you need. From the first sketch to everyday operation we remain your point of contact.

Custom software solutions

Internal tools, customer portals or complete web applications. We build software that fits your process, not the other way round. The code is documented and can be extended later.

app development

Whether you need a web app or a smartphone app, we build applications that people understand without training, and we agree every step with you and the future users.

Interfaces & integrations

Online shop, accounting and CRM often don't exchange data. We connect them through interfaces so that data is transferred automatically instead of being copied by hand.

Maintenance & support

After launch we take care of updates, security and further development. If something comes up, you reach the person who knows your project directly.

(First meeting)

Listen, understand, plan.

In a free first meeting we get to know your business, how you work today, where things get stuck and what you want to achieve.

Afterwards you know which solution makes sense, roughly what it costs and how long it will take.

Concept and design.

Based on the first meeting we create drafts, covering structure and design for a website or workflows and data models for software. You give feedback before we start building.

You always know what we are working on and how much of the budget has been used.

Questions & answers

How much does a professionally built website cost?

That depends on how many pages the website needs, which features are added and whether texts and photos already exist. After a free first meeting you receive a binding quote.

How long does it take until my website is online?

A clear company website is usually ready in two to four weeks. The biggest factor is usually the content, meaning texts, photos and approvals. If these are ready, it goes much faster.

What is Odoo and is it worth it for small businesses?

Odoo is a modular business system that combines CRM, accounting, inventory, sales and projects on one platform. For small businesses it pays off mainly because you can start small and add modules later without switching systems. It is open source and therefore much cheaper than traditional ERP solutions.

How much effort does an Odoo implementation mean for us?

Plan for one fixed contact person in your business who knows the processes and can make decisions. Your effort is mainly at the beginning, when clarifying processes and preparing data, and at the end with the training. We take care of the setup and the data migration. We start with a few modules so that your business keeps running smoothly.

Which processes can I automate in my business?

The quickest wins are recurring tasks such as invoices and payment reminders, logging enquiries in the CRM, scheduling appointments, following up on quotes and automatic reports. We usually start with the one process that causes the most frustration and build from there.

Is there funding for digitalisation in Austria?

The most popular programme, KMU.DIGITAL, is no longer accepting applications because its budget is used up, and it will not continue from 2027. The federal government and the provinces regularly offer other funding for digitalisation, and we check which ones are open in the first meeting. Almost every programme requires you to apply before the project starts.

Do I need a website or an online shop?

For service providers and trades a website is usually enough, because customers want to find out about you and then get in touch personally. An online shop pays off if you sell standard products with clear prices. If in doubt, start with the website, which you can extend at any time.

Do you look after the website after launch?

Yes. If you like, we take care of maintenance, updates, content changes and ongoing development. You can also maintain the site yourself, because we set it up so that changes are possible without technical knowledge.

Do you also work with businesses outside Upper Austria?

Yes. We are based in Upper Austria but work throughout Austria and with clients abroad. Most of the collaboration happens online, and meetings in person are always possible in the region.
