Plation is a directory of car garages in Austria that answers a simple question. What does it actually cost, and who has time?
Anyone who needs a repair faces two unknowns. What will it cost, and when is there a free slot? Plation makes both visible. Garages publish their hourly rates and fixed prices, and drivers find the right garage via search and map, compare prices and send their request directly online.
When something breaks, the request can go to up to five garages at once. It asks for the next free appointment rather than the lowest bid, because Plation is meant to bring garages customers, not push them into a price war.
The business model is deliberately simple. Plation is free for drivers, and garages pay a monthly subscription from 20 euros. There is no commission and no paid placement, so whoever ranks first does so because they are the right fit.
We build Plation entirely ourselves, from concept and product design to development and operation. The project shows how we work when we have a free hand, and we bring exactly this experience to client projects. Plation is currently in development, and the test phase is being prepared.
